Getting a consultation with a German doctor is easier than you think
Browse our list of experienced German specialists and choose the doctor that best fits your needs. Each profile includes details about the doctor’s field of expertise, experience, and languages spoken. Not sure who to choose? No problem — just contact us. Within a short time, we’ll connect you with the best doctor for your specific case.
Once you've selected a doctor, choose the type of consultation you need
Written Second Opinion or Video Consultation + Written Report.
Create your account, answer a few questions about your condition, and upload any relevant medical documents (lab tests, MRI, CT scans, X-rays, etc.). The more complete your information, the more accurate the doctor’s response will be.
Once you’ve submitted your information, our medical team checks your documents for completeness and clarity. After approval, all files are professionally translated into German — so your doctor receives everything in perfect quality and in their native language.
Your chosen doctor carefully reviews your case and prepares a written medical opinion. This expert report – in German – is translated into Russian and uploaded to your personal account. You'll be notified by email or SMS as soon as it’s ready.
If you’ve chosen a video consultation, your doctor will suggest several available time slots after reviewing your documents. You’ll receive a notification via email or SMS. Simply select the time that works best for you and confirm it directly through your account.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space. Ten minutes before your appointment, click the link in your account under “Consultations” to join the call. A professional medical translator will greet you, check your connection, and stay with you throughout the consultation to assist with language. Your doctor will join at the scheduled time.
After the video consultation, the doctor will prepare a written summary, which will be uploaded to your personal account.

All imaging files should be compressed into a ZIP archive before uploading.
If you experience any issues while uploading, you can also send your documents via email or through a secure cloud link — our team will assist you and ensure everything is properly processed.
